Korean basic meal setting

Almost Korean has Kimchi, Soy Bean soup with Steam rice day by day

and using Korean style steel spoon and steel chopstick tools

 

Korean steel tools are slippery more  than china and janpnese wood chopstick.

 

Basic Korean table setting :

steamed egg , napa cabbage Kimchi , radish Kimchi , young radish Kimchi, various herb, soy bean soup, mung-bean pancakes, muk

 

Galchi-jorim(Braised Cutlassfish)

 

 

Soy Sauce Marinated Crab ( Korean : Ganjang gejang)

 

 

Detail view of various herb

cucumber , spinach , bean sprouts, pumpkin, sliced radish and others herb

 

 

 

Steamed Egg : 

Recipe : mixed egg into boild water

 

boiled barley and rice for bibimbap

 

 

Soy bean source Marinated Crab

 

 

Cold Muk
